Working Out

Many people loving lifting weights to get in better shape or to better themselves for sports. Some look to the gym to relieve stress or just as a daily routine. Gym lovers tend to try and keep a slim figure or shred their body before the summer. People who can’t go to the gym due to obligations should try home workouts.

Working out helps your body to become more fit and healthier. Many people overlook working out, not looking at the big picture of the outcome. Working out 10-15 mins a day can make a big difference in a person.

Kyle Naimaster (17): “Working out is very good for people. People get lazy and stop working out but it’s the best feeling after you go to the gym. I go to Retro everyday after work so I can stay in shape and maintain my body. It’s all mental. If you break the wall and go to the gym, it will improve you all round.”

Matt Sanchez (18)Working out is fine, but it takes so much time for people to find time. I’m always hanging out with my friends, or working so I barely have time for that. When I try to workout constantly, I get even more tired, but it improves my overall mood. I rarely get tired or feel that I’m tired, because I feel like I’m ready for the day.

Alejandro Perez (17): Working out makes me feel amazing. I basically workout everyday before school and after school. I go to the gym around 6 AM before school, then I go to soccer practice around 7:30-8:00PM. I’m constantly doing something, and my body feels great. This is a constant schedule but the outcome is incredible. I’m committing to Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ. This fall, I should be more dominant than ever.

When people exercise, it has positive outcomes. People set goals for their body once they start going to the gym regularly. Many people will overlook this article or won’t give working out a chance, but here are some facts about working out. Hope you enjoy!
